Accessibility Statement

We hold this site to the standard we sell.

This is the same kind of statement we help our clients publish — written plainly, kept honest, and backed by real testing.

Our commitment

Czerwonka Educational Consulting's web design service is committed to ensuring this website is accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, and keyboard-only navigation. Accessibility is the core of what we do, so we treat our own site as a working demonstration of it.

Conformance target

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across this site. "Conformance" means the site is built to satisfy the WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA success criteria. We treat AA as the floor, not the ceiling, and meet AAA criteria such as enhanced contrast wherever it's practical to do so.

Measures we take

  • Semantic structure: every page uses real landmarks (navigation, main content, and footer), a single descriptive page heading, and a logical heading order.
  • Keyboard access: all interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a "skip to main content" link at the top of each page.
  • Color and contrast: text and meaningful interface elements meet WCAG 2.2 contrast thresholds. We never use our gold accent as reading-size text on a light background, where it would fail.
  • Reduced motion: all animation respects the operating-system "reduce motion" setting and collapses to a static end state when that preference is on.
  • Text alternatives: informative images carry meaningful alternative text; purely decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Forms: every field has a programmatically associated label, helper text is linked with aria-describedby, and required fields are clearly marked.
  • Testing: every page is covered by an automated accessibility test suite (axe), which we treat as a baseline rather than a substitute for hands-on review.

Known limitations

We are not aware of any outstanding accessibility barriers on this site. If something here doesn't work for you, that is a bug we want to fix — please tell us (see below). When third-party or embedded content is added in the future, we will note any known limitations here.

Standards and law

WCAG 2.2 AA is the benchmark most commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and Section 504, and it is the level we design to for our clients. This statement describes the accessibility of design.czerwonkalegal.com and is provided for transparency; it is not legal advice.
